A Multi-cuisine Eatery

City Heights Bistro is a multi cuisine eatery, sprawled across a 5,500 sq. ft. space in the heart of Pink city. Apportioned into two extremely voguish in and outdoor seating, the bistro’s design takes inspiration from the Architecture of Goan Catholics to confer the overriding theme- city amour. French roused arched glass windows set against soothing green walls, flooring and landscape instances creates a distinctive and welcoming shell for the crowd. Caricatures from the works of Artist Mario de Miranda dramatize on the walls to portray the merry hustle bustle in the city.

Open kitchen concept, contrasting mock tail counter and industrial style ceiling breathes in the indoor dining while the Courtyard seating, for outdoor soiree, nestles a rectangular enclosure pampered with lush planter bays and brick wall featuring an abstract manifestation of the label. Complementing customized lights and furniture arouses visual interest while marble, chips & pebble concrete exquisitely blend to bedeck the floors. Toilets, owner’s office and a pantry are other vital spaces integrating with the entire design speculation.
